About how long you think before we see if the sitemap action worked?
As of today, I am still not seeing them on Google when I type "Cool aesthetics Oklahoma city, OK."
By the way, 
do you think we should  Link Analytics and Search Console?

It's really hard to say as Google doesn't have any time frame for crawling a website after users submits the request.

do you think we should  Link Analytics and Search Console? - Yes I think we should do that. It will help us finding if there are any errors with site pages during craw by Google.

When I typed this - SITE:COOLAESTHETICS.COM. I was able to see the site and it's meta description. Based on this it seems the site is indexable but not appeared in the search results yet with the search term - Cool aesthetics Oklahoma city.

Google is a pain... Uggghhh. 
They have complete control on whether to make or break a site.. It's crazy. 
In any case, I am still not seeing them in searches. Not sure why they are refusing to add them.
BTW, thanks for the tip on linking Search Console and Analytics. 
I went ahead and linked both of them together now.
