Problem with GMB

We have a problem with this client's GMB.
They have one under Oklahoma Plastic Surgeons. That is the one presently on their website.
However, we have no access to it. It is owned by someone or verified by op…@gmail.com.
We either need access to that gmail or they need to add Support as site manager or owner. 
The GMB I created has limited use now until we fix this. 
Chris, please let me know how you want to move fwd with this.

 I know Whitney, we have a few things to catch up on. But still, it is not on you. 
I believe we would need Chris expertise on this subject since he would know what options are better for BOTH doctors regarding the campaigns.
