Began phone call, receptionist picked up, I told her

I wanted to know a few things about CS, she then transferred me to Hooly and placed me on hold - 

I was on hold for about a minute. 

Spoke to Holly - and began asking the following questions.

Can you tell me about Coolsculpting process?
= She told me is a fat reduction treatment that freezes fat cells and your body eliminates the fat cells. You need a minimum of two treatments. The treatments is based on cycles. 

She asked me what part of the body I wanted to remove fat.
How much does the treatment run for?
2 cycles - minimum - $3200.
20 to 25% of fat reduction.

How does it work and does it really work?
She said yes, you lose about 20 to 25% fat reduction. 

Does it hurt, is there any downtime?
It is very non-invasive and no downtime. I may need to purchase compression garment such as Underarmor.

Is any of this covered by my insurance?
No, it is not covered by insurance.

Are you guys running any specials?
The special on the Cooslculpting was instead of $3,200 it would be 
4 cycles for $2,400. She said only in october.
