they don't even have a real website- i think it's go daddy right now. Once they get their CC ill be able to start rolling on a lot of things. btw have u heard of ghosterly? its an ad blocker extention ( i usually disable it- unless i want to know what tags, extentions they have on their site then ill enable it)

Callrail account has been created. Created and added tracking numbers. Added Java Script to GMB, created tag. Added individual client account user = Individual Client login - User = Dr. Lance Howard Email - Lancehowardmd@gmail.com Password - Email sent to client to create it. Updated all spreadsheets. -------------- But.... Unable to verify number on website is changing. * Not seeing number changing. Unable to verify calls being tracked.

I added Java code to GTM but that is not working. Can you please add the Java snippet to the site to see if that would work?
Thanks Isaac. Normally, once I add the GTM tag and code it website number changes and fires off automatically. But even after doing that and you adding code, I am still not seeing the number change. I have opened up a ticket with Callrail to see what they can find out for me. Will keep you posted. Thanks.

I am still NOT Seeing the number change on this client's website. I spoke to support and they wrote " I took a look at https://coolaesthetics.com/, and inspected the page. It looks like the GTM may have installed the script on your site twice, which may be causing a conflict. I reccomend removing one of the occurrences, so that the script only appears once, and then manually test the site to see if it swaps then." === I just removed the callrail tag on the GTM and it is still not swapping. Can you remove it on your end so I can then install it on GTM and try again? That way, I can follow up with support. Thanks,.

- REMOVED Callrail JS code from the website.
I just checked the page source on my end but couldn't find multiple instances of GTM code in there. Was able to see only GTM AND GA code in there.

I have just added new Callrail tag to GTM and published it. Numbers are now swapping correctly. Calls are being tracked properly.
Can you please find out if this client has Callrail already?
