I just checked and the only contract I see, is not signed. I see the conversation where he ended up paying with Debit card. However, I do not think he was sent the contract that needs to be signed. Not sure if clients sign the ones you sent to them via email?

Looking at Chris emails I am still not seeing a signed contract for this client. Did they ever respond to you from last time?

- yes, whit make sure you get signed contracts as part of the onboarding process

I figured that without a signed contract we may have an issue later if they become a problem client - such as Dr. Chow or Ricatta. But they are slow to respond since Whitney has been on them for other things we needed from them.
