1. Besides the town/city your spa is located in, are there any surrounding areas you would like to rank for? For example, a client located in Southlake (a suburb of Dallas) Texas, would like to rank for Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as Southlake. ​

For sure these three, I am not sure how far out we should go for example Edmond is about 45 min North of us, and they already have several clinics in Edmond that offer CoolSculpting but I have had a few  people from Edmond come see me for treatment. I have also had a few come see me for treatment around Lawton, but that is about 75 miles south of us. 

2. Has your facility received any awards or recognitions? Is there anything you can think of that may distinguish you from your competitors? (i.e. a luxury facility, the experience or training of the treatment provider, etc.)
 

CoolBodiSpa just opened in March of 2019, so with only 1 year in business we were nominated as one of the Top 5 Spa's in Norman, We ended up placing #3 out of the top 5. This was the Norman Transcript Readers Choice Awards. I am not sure if we should list it since we did not win 1st place, but since we were only open 10 months last year and Norman has many spas that were not nominated, I am calling it a win. Next year we will be pushing for 1st place ;)

One thing that really sets us apart from our competitors is CoolBodiSpa is the ONLY clinic in the entire state that specialized just in CoolSculpting and Cooltone. (Every other spa that offers CoolSculpting offers a long list of other services so the clinicians move from one service to another, so it makes it very difficult to be an expert in the field if you are not treating clients on a regular bases)

Here are other things that set us apart-

I treat clients at night and on the weekends, as the owner I provide everyone with my cell number during the consultation so they can contact me directly with any questions, I personally text every CoolSculpting client 48 hours after treatment to followup and see how they are doing, I also personally followup with every CoolTone Client as well. I always enjoy pampering the CoolSculpting clients by bringing in meal, Since CoolTone clients can't eat during treatment we always have healthy snacks and water sitting out for them.  We offer a CoolSculpting Suite and in another room we have a CoolTone Suite, these rooms are both designed with the treatment in mind and not used for other services. For example the CoolSculpting Suite has a working fireplace so many clients enjoy watching the relaxing fire, or enjoying some each heat during their treatment,  both suite offer relaxing spa like furniture as well as tv's . Our entire office is decorated in a calming beach decor. 

3. CoolSculpting Technologies: Do you have the new CoolSculpting applicators? Do you offer dual Coolsculpting?

Yes, we have the new applicators for CoolSculpting, no we do not offer dual CoolSculpting.

4. Do you offer any discount (or promotion) for first time CoolSculpting and Cooltone patients? (Many facilities offer a 25% discount for new CoolSculpting customers.) 

I do offer 25% discount for new CoolSculpting & CoolTone clients however can you list something like *can not be combined with other offers*.  I like to run monthly specials for our clinic so if a new client comes in I would check to see if the 25% off would be a better savings for them or our current special.

5. Do you have a slogan, tagline, or phrase that you’ve adopted at your facility? Do you have one specifically for CoolSculpting and/or Cooltone?  (i.e. “fear no mirror” or “sculpt yourself skinny” or “become the best version of yourself,” etc.)

This is what I have been using: Offering Unique CoolSculpting & CoolTone Experiences!   I have thought about using: Oklahoma's only Exclusive CoolSculpting & CoolTone Clinic  (just not sure if that is too long).

6. I will write an extensive overview of CoolSculpting and Cooltone, focusing on the most searched terms and keywords. But are there any particular details you would like to include or emphasize in your copy? 

I would just like to emphasize how CoolSculpting and CoolTone work together to give you the ultimate results. For CoolTone I would love it if we could say something like "People of all ages are enjoying the benefits of this great system from teens to clients in their 70's we all need some extra help strengthening our muscles and enjoying the benefits of a stronger core" 

In the short time we have had CoolTone I have already treated clients 17 years old up to 70 years old who are all loving their results. So many of my clients who suffer from lower back pain are reporting the pain is gone or much improved after we strengthened their Core with CoolTone. 

Vania can you proof read and then send to whitney or whoever needs this document please? I am not sure if they spell their name Cool Bodi Spa or CoolBodiSpa. So could you clarify that as well and change doc if need be.
