JJ. this client stopped their Coolsculpting ads on 10/13 I believe. So you can do it to the last day.

However, this is a tricky situation and we do not have much time to play with . 
Did you include those invoices in past Co-ops for this client? If yes, then we can leave them as is...

After receiving the Q3-Q4 Co-ops July to Dec reports from Jonnamae regarding client - CRMC Aesthetics - I prepared them and sent an email to client letting her know about it. Added amounts, dates, updated our coops sheets. Since we the Coolnet login info we have on file is no longer working, I cannot submit for them.

Followed up with CRMC Aesthetics team and was able to obtain their login information from them. I began to prepare to submit them for the client. Logged into their Coolnet account, filled out information, media detail, uploaded files, added dates, amounts, submitted for submission. It appears that they do not have any funds available for this quarter. Sent the client information letting them know.
