Message - Hello, I am interested in some information on Lasik surgery and a consultation. 
I schedule an appointment for Agust 5th, 2019 at 11:30 Am. I immediately received an email from them in regards to the appointment I scheduled.

Just called them back to verify NEW Call Rail tracking number (as per Chris instructions on another To Do. ) and to cancel appointment and ask a few questions. 
I spoke to Lola for over 10 minutes. Will update information once call is available on CR for review.
