❏ Mobi Menu - Call Swap with CallRail

The mobi menu has a number hard coded in when you click the phone button. Which is tel:+18556462020 however we need to see if we can get that to swap with the call tracking number. It does it on other areas of the site. Anywhere where this number tel:+18556462020 is listed the call tracking number should swap tel:+18667766891 - can you make sure that is set up correctly so we are getting conversions.

Isaac, I adjusted call tracking. This number should appear in the mobi menu: 8556462020 - and the call tracking should replace it with the new tracking numbers I set up. So make sure mobi menu has this 8556462020

Just FYI - Something was blocking it..had to update it thru JS.

Not sure..what was blocking it..I updated it using JS as it took less time than finding what's causing it not to update from the menu settings.

Seems like you are loading cached version.

Can you pls check in incognito mode? It working fine on my end now.

I am trying on both chrome incognito and safari with my cookies cached. Still not working on mobile

+85 at the first of the number makes it think its another country somehow we gotta get a +1855 i think

That's weird.

I have just added "+1". This is how the phone number shows up in dialer on my end now.  Please check again on your end now and let me know.

Isaac, we have to hard code their main number in the mobi menu and prevent it from displaying the callrail numbers (just in the mobimenu) because I cannot get to to work after multiple tests on my iphone. Just use the 8556462020 - other places on the site the tracking number is working fine

Hey Chris,

Are you able to check in some other phone on your end just to make sure it's not the cache issue? As I just checked again another phone and correct no. showed up in dialer. Let me know. Thanks.

It looks good on other phones. The number doesnt swap but i dont think we can get it to swap properly. The other numbers swap

Sorry but didn't understand the "swap" thing in your reply. You mean the correct number is appearing in the dialer but but it's not getting added to callrail?☺️
