I've just finished editing the Dello Russo articles for you. I will get on this right now. 

I called the number, seems to be working. I spoke to Alex. 
But I do not see the lead on CallRail yet. They are only showing leads from July 30th the latest. Will check later to see and let you know.

Chris, as of this morning your number -6467023480 - is not showing up on the Dello Russo list of calls for July 31, 2019. Or for any days prior to that. 

Make sure it was recording new calls yesterday. You see your call right? 

Yes, that is the weird thing about it. My call is there.
BUT!!!! This is a big BUT!
I called more than 3 times! Second or third time I stayed on the phone with Lola and secret shopped her. I asked her dozens of questions which I needed answers to for the Melissa project on Dello Russo Text Messaging script.
Yet the other call is not there. I needed that call to review it and I cannot find it.

As you can see from the screenshot, there is only ONE CALL from me, not 2. And your call is not there either. 
Total interactions by me 1.
I made more than 3 calls to them the past 2 days. 
Something is not right.

I managed to narrow down the problem for Dello Russo.
I checked all the following tracking numbers -

All of these I made calls to and they instantly appeared on Dello Russo CRail account.

However, when I used the  (855) 646-2020 which is the one on their website, the call does NOT appear on Call rail as a lead. 
Nor is it recording. 

The 855 is not a tracking number. Good work we are all set here

So does that mean that any calls to the 855 number will not come out on CallRail? 

NO!!! 
That is what I was referring to. That any calls made to that number are not appearing at all. NONE!! 
Not your calls, not mine, NONE. 
I just called them at that number from 2 separate lines. Neither is showing on CR as of yet. 
I just refreshed the page - 20 minutes later and the calls are still not appearing. That is not normal or supposed to happen no?

Thats not suppose to be happening. Let me check what is going on 

I know which is why I became so alarmed. I just checked again this morning and nothing.
