Requested Google Report Updates

I made all the updates you requested plus a few minor tweaks.

I don't have the ability to change the name of the report automatically. Whatever the system spits out is pretty much what I'm stuck with.

Attached is an example for you to look at. If it's good to go, I will update all of the scheduled report.

I am wondering if we should adjust away from leads reporting in Nov and Dec. Then go back. Would that be a quick change?
