I noticed that we DO NOT have access to this client's GMB page. 
I went ahead and requested a back door access to the page. 

I also noticed that most of their information on the client sheet is missing. 
GA, Google ads, GTM and others. 
If you have this info, please send it to me so I can update the spreadsheet.

I updated what I could. 
But we do not have access to their GMB. 
I found Google Analytics access under Chris, but only minimal. 
Also found they have no GA account on their website. Will create one or request access to theirs, then add it. 
Lastly, we still have that issue with their Google ads and Gmail account as the password was changed.

No problem with their Google ads as far as I can tell. 
But we cannot access the account DIRECTLY anymore. 
The Gmail or the Google ads. 
Someone changed the password 8 hours ago. 
You said on the email it was not us, so not sure who did.

Gewels has provided us with the new password, I have verified it and updated spreadsheet.
We now have access and are good to go.
As far as GMB access, I sent a back door request to them yesterday. Waiting on response.
