I just finished listening to the calls from Docere.
However, there wasn't one single phone call that had to do with Coolsculpting. Most were for Laser Hair, Botox and other services.
I am preparing the report now.... What would you like to do after this?
2nd phase of Sshop - calling them and asking questions or what?

BUT.... This is a huge BUT (No pun intended) The calls only cover about a month worth. CS leads may start coming in the following weeks.
I found a few problems with their staff. Some are not as cordial as they need to be. Unapologetic when keeping clients on hold and even lacking empathy at times. (You can see it all in my report)
I will move on with the 2nd phase and place a call to them later today.
