This page should have the following: 

1. Type of Content (Demo or Unique): 

2. Double-check slug (if multiple locations, keep only the treatment name unless specified)

3. Check hero image type for consistency, be sure to include competitors:
  • Kellie image - assign Kellie at the same time. She can wordsmith.
  • Modern image - Alyssa or Brittany will provide a blurb and have the developer choose an image. 
4. Assign a popup graphic to Kellie, be sure to include competitors. 

5. Developer will place appropriate  badges

6. OFFER for gravity form:
  • Offer is the biggest and boldest.
  • The button says 'GET COUPON'  on GF & Hero Image
7. Disclaimers:
  • Provide a promotional disclaimer (take special care with Coolsculpting compliance). 
  • Before & After, aka results may vary. 
  • Privacy Policy 
  • Treatment specific (if applicable)

10. Make edits & add to the menu.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector this is the task I messaged you about on WhatsApp. I need help figuring out how to add this to all current clients retroactively. I have only found how to copy-paste individually to other client folders. We can keep it under Web Development. 

If there is no way to add it in bulk to all clients, let me know, and I will take the time to add it individually. However, if you do find a way to add it in bulk, please also let me know how so I can do this as needed because I have other tasks I would like to do the same with.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector I came up with a solution to make it a to-do list template, but if you find another way to do so that makes more sense let me know.

I have one for both ad campaigns and no ads, please use the ones I created there since they are polished.

Yes, they can be under Wed Development tasks. In this case, I created a new one with the solution I found, but again, if you find a better solution let me know.

The only problem with this is that you cannot add any templates or tasks on templates to actual projects. It only lets you copy it to existing templates. Therefore it not useful for us. ** Does this makes sense to you?? ** 

I have already added the 
New Service Page - Ad Campaign task to the main template and nested it under website development. That means from now on, any new client that I create a folder for, will have it. 

I will manually add them to the rest of the old clients. I have already done so to 5 of them..

That's because you have now moved it to DOCERE bC3 folder... it was not on there before. It was nested under templates.

I know it was nested under templates, and it copies to any client if I add the template Directly as a to-do.

Unless I am missing something, please explain further Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector . We tried to avoid adding one by one, only as needed, unless it was a bulk action. That's why I said hold off. I had also already added it to the main new client folder but with this to-do template.

This is new new client template, we can keep it as is for the tasks under web development.

Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne for already existing clients, do you want these tasks added manually to be nested under Website development like in the new client folder template (shown above)? Or is how I show in this video okay until I find a bulk action option to add to all existing clients?
