I am considering that it may be best that I just create a template on google docs and link it to the internal operations spreadsheet.  Then create a tab in the CSM spreadsheet for the internal operations cheatsheet as well vs. trying to go and add copy this all to each individual client. 

Digging deeper into Basecamp this weekend about bulk-adding templates to already existing projects.

We can copy the template as needed when we assign pages to existing clients if there's not a way to bulk add.
