Good morning. I went ahead and checked on this issue. Tested each of the 4 tracking numbers. 216-716-2715 - Good 216-584-9409 - Good 216-716-2214 - Good 216-208-8492 - Good Verified each number is working properly and leads being recorded correctly on Callrail.
Found 2 GTMs for Docere, verified correct one = GTM-53LVVNZ, deleted duplicate. Inserted Javasnippet in CR tag container, republished and set to live. Tested Javasnippet doing a site test to verify snippet properly inserted on site, found Swap target not working. Opened a ticked with Callrail on Number not changing and Swap target issue.

Thanks Whitney. I believe I know the problem now as far as Swap target or Number changing on website is concerned. It appears that the phone number 216-584-9409 for this client is hardcoded on the website. We need to make sure we are hard coding the swap target on the https://doceremedspa.com website.

Hey Isaac, good morning. So this is the response I got from support. It appears the number we have on Docere needs to be changed. "The developer should change the number on the backend from (216) 584-9409 to (216) 446-8467. The swap target is the telephone number CallRail looks for on your website to dynamically replace with a tracking number. By default, the swap target is the destination number."
Do you understand what he is trying to say now?

Client has tracking software for this other company that sends out text messages, emails , etc but it is connected to the number on the site

If that tracking software is connected to this number - (216) 584-9409 then YES we might have a problem here. I think we should check with the client tracking software company here regarding this.
