Not sure why they are not following up with a phone call since they used to before. They may call you today since I am also noticing that their staff has not updated the status of any of the other leads from yesterday. There is someone named Roxi who is the person that generally calls, text leads.
Please let me know if anything changes as I will need to update Chris and client on what transpired.

It was working yesterday, but when I double-checked today, it said that my phone number expired. Which apps do you use so I can make sure this doesn't happen again? I am going to re-do this shop now using my phone number, but a different e-mail address to ensure my name is not associated with the lead. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will update you shortly.

Glad you caught that with the phone.
I generally test my numbers before I begin the tests for that reason.
I recommend using textnow.
You can pick your own phone numbers based on locations or your own.
The only thing is that you need to make a call or send a text at least once every few weeks. If not, they will recycle the phone.

As long as you did it over we are good to go.

However, a follow-up text was never sent.


  • The team at Docere Medical Spa & Laser Center sent out two automatic, welcoming emails to the lead on the same day. A follow-up, automated e-mail was sent 3 days after the lead was received. This is beneficial, as e-mails aid in initiating and building a line of communication between the lead and the client. However, no personal type of e-mail was sent to the potential client.
