Summary: The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from the staff at Docere was alarming. That's because no one from the spa bothered to contact the lead at all. There were no phone calls, no text and no emails of any kind. This even though more than two full days have passed by.

Well if that is the case, what about the next day or the day after?
I gave them 2 full days before creating this report. 

BTW, who ever is in charge of checking the leads skipped about 5. 
From 8/10 to 8/11th.

Areas that need improvement = Only one direct call. But no text were ever sent. Also, no follow up phone calls or any other type of follow ups.

Summary: The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from the staff at Docere Medspa was good. However, there are some areas that could use some improvement. While they did call the lead, it took them more than 2 hours to do so. In addition, there were no text messages sent to the lead at all. Also, there were follow up calls, texts, or emails done with the lead.
