This client's Google ads account -   Docere Med Spa 838-745-8996 care needs to be verified.
It needs to be STARTED by June 10th. I will send out an email to the client with instructions and files.

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. ** See screenshot below **

The verification is for your Google ads account - Docere Med Spa 838-745-8996-.  The verification process needs to be started by June 8th, or else your ads will have been paused and the account could be suspended permanently. 

The good news is that I have already begun the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of your company. However, we still need to verify your organization or business. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with one of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  •  Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License - High Resolution - Front & Back - Showing all 4 corners.
  • State ID - Same as above
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account   doceremedspaweb@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can also send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Since I have extensive experience with verifying these accounts, I can handle it for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so we can help you take care of it.

Client has not responded so I tried calling directly, no one picked up. Sent another email to Lori to see.

I tried calling your office today to get in touch with you directly. However, no one picked up the phone. 
We literally only have a few days left to get your Google ads account verified. Otherwise, your ads will stop running until we do so. 

Can you please send me over the information we need to get this verified? If not, then let's set up a Zoom call so I can show you how to take care of it.
