Have you heard anything about a double GMB account for South Shore Smiles? 
I have an email from a conversation between Ivonne and Dr. Cheng saying, "We will look into getting your duplicate Google Business profile removed so that when someone searches for you, the South Shore Smiles profile is the only one that appears. "

Can you please look into this?

I gather you are referring to DUPLICATE GMB Listing?
if so, then I only have access to these two GMBs for this client:

None of the two we now have access to are marked duplicate.
This means that we do not have access to the one they are mentioning. They would need to mark it permanently closed themselves or provide me access so I can take care of it.

I have been emailing with her back ad forth and included Chris to the conversation. 
I believe we came up with a solution.
