Isaac  I couldn't find any leads with a "teeth whitening" tag in the app?

Vania - I just checked and saw 23 leads with this tag in the client's sub-account.

Isaac  yes in the contacts but not in the pipeline. These aren't popping up in Opportunities. It seems to be the same issue that we had with Skin Tight, Toossi, and Water's Edge.

Vania - I just checked and it's because these leads never got added to the campaign. They just landed in the contacts. They recently released a new version of their app in zapier and their old version seems to be having this issue where the campaign ID automatically gets updated but that ID doesn't get auto refreshed in their app on zapier. We had this same issue on skin tight and toossi. Water's edge was due to a mistake in trigger on my end.

Below is the two different version of their app currently in zapier. We have almost all the accounts created on the v1.0.21. I already created a support ticket with them last week when we first had the campaign id error on toossi but still havent received any reply back from them. I really hope they don't ask us to connect all the zaps using the newer version of the app.

Isaac  can we make this your top priority ? I am getting too many emails from clients saying they aren't getting leads in the app . Let's figure this out ASAP. We will have to check all clients.
