Hello Dr. Cheng, South Shore Smiles team,

How are you?

As you know, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  South Shore Smiles 977-070-0200. The verification process needs to be finished by January 20th. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the account. However, we still need to verify your organization. 

Unlike most cases, Google is not requiring an ID or IRS letter to verify your account. They are requesting a Duns & Bradstreet number if you have one. Also, please send me the name and address of the business exactly as you have it on your registration. If you do not have a Duns number, then Google ads will request additional information.

You can start the 2nd part of the verification process yourself or you can send me the information. If you do so, I can then take care of the rest of the verification for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with your CSM & I so we can help you take care of it. You can log into your Gmail account - acheng518@gmail.com - to follow the instructions.

The letter is perfect, thank you. The only issue is that the address on the document is not what you presently 
have on the Google ads account. However, I have now made the changes to reflect that. I have submitted the 
information for review. They should let us know in the next few days.
