Hector - Does this client want this form to automatically show this submitted review on the reviews page or want a normal form that will send the review submission in her email and then she will manually add it to the reviews page?

One question. Will it be difficult for them to post these reviews to the site? Will it require some knowledge of CSS?

I have now added the form.

They wouldn't need the knowledge of CSS but they would need to be a little familiar with the wpbakey page builder to manually added reviews on the website from the backend.

On this client's other website. Jonnamae - Can you help us create a new form and place it at the top of this page? Remove the webhook and also update the notification settings if you use the duplicate option to create this form.

I been having back and forth conversations with Dr. Edelman and finally convinced her to get rid of the form on the top.
JJ. Can we remove the POST YOUR REVIEW form from both sites?
Instead, we want to replace it with the Google my business link. The one that says
Julia F. Edelman MD would love your feedback.
Perhaps make it a little bigger so it stands out more?
Do so on both sites.
