Creating a task on BC3 is the best way to keep tracks of things so no worries. 
I tested the  508-217-9974 phone number and it rang, spoke to the receptionist. It is working on my end. 
There are 3 other numbers on her Callrail account. 
You sure it is that one?
If so, then you can show her that it is working.
