Client is reporting a huge drop in Coolsculpting leads since April 13th. 
Can you please check on your end to see if you find anything out of the ordinary? I will check and test on my end as well.

This appears to be a website issue: 

  1. I loaded their LP in two different windows and got 2 different offers

    They both forward to the right confirmation page, BUT
  2. When I submitted the form on the 25% offer it took about 30 seconds to hit the confirmation page? 

When was this test launched? My bet is that it was right around the same time that conversion rate fell off.

Shane, mostly all clients have 2 or often 3 different pop ups. 
I generally set the one performing best as PRIMARY..
For this client, the $1,000 off is primary. 
I will test the pop ups again and GTM to make sure all is firing accordingly. 
However, I believe that it may be something other than this.

So I tested GTM firing and it is working fine.
I am seeing an improvement in cost per conversions last week.
