On July 16th I performed the monthly call rail audit for Dr. Edelman. 
However, due to the lack of calls coming in on CR, there was really nothing much to report on. Also, since the doctor herself answers the calls, any complaints or problems with how she handles those calls are moot. 
  
  • I did notice a high amount of missed calls or those that went to VM. About 5 calls out of 18 total were missed. 
Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris here is something you may need to be aware of though. 
  • I heard the doctor giving out people who called her the number of Michelle her secretary. This was for them to schedule any CS or other consults.  However, I don't believe that number is on CallRail as a tracking number and we are unable to know what happens with those leads. Or others coming in directly to Michelle's number. Overall, there were a few Coolsculpting leads the Doctor referred to Michelle. Hear or see call here.
