Also, Chris wants you to check on the campaigns for them.
Can you see why her leads are down 50% over the last 30 days on Google ads. I also see her ads are down on Emsculpt NEO. Any idea why? Could it be a summer thing?

It's seasonal. June-Aug is the worst time ro raise budget. It just inflates the CPA.

Facebook (Emsculpt Neo) is only slightly down. 17 leads last 30 vs 18 30-days prior. CPA up 6%
