Luckily there seems to be no activity or spending.

Several issues here. First their Facebook account got disabled for some reason. 

Also had access issue with the client sheet which I resolved just now. 

Ok Hector please consult with Chris  about this ASAP. Let's get their FB back up. 

Shane so what is going with all of these campaigns that are not getting any impressions, clicks?
There are several of them where this is happening. 
Whitney, I have aleady notified Chris about this. 
There is no getting their FB account back up. Once it is disabled only those with ADMIN access may try to appeal it. 

Oh boy Hector  can we have Chris call Julia Edelman tomorrow morning? This is time-sensitive, as emsculpt will only pay for 90 days advertising and it's already started.

I don't understand the question about impressions. Both live campaigns have impressions. 

I launched Emsculpt NEO on Google, are they now wanting to go back to just Emsculpt? 

Shane, disregard the impressions comment. It was for another client.
On the Emsculpt NEO ads, I believe they did not want them running on Google. I will ask Chris to verify.
Unless Vania  has some insider info about this?

Shane, per Whitney on another task, she said NO to Emsculpt NEO or regular Emsculpt on Google ads. They only want it on FB...

Good morning, good news.
It appears Shane's appeal has gone through and they have enabled the account again. No need to contact them since it seems it was our fault.
In any case, Shane I am seeing an ad rejected for 
Ad Can't Run: Website URL Doesn't Comply
BTW, nice work getting it enabled back again. 

Was resolved this morning. I will get back to setting up Emsculpt NEO now.
