This is what Chris said to me in a message. 
I believe what he means is that for this particular client, she is having Co-op issues and she needs to show them that they are no longer running those ads. Or offering those promotions. 

We need screenshots of the page where the promotions and disclaimers were posted to show that they are no longer there. Does that make sense?
