can we set up the "No Show WorkFlow" for Dr. Edelman? When a lead is moved into the "No Show" stage I want to start a sequence of automatic texts. I added the text templates to the acct. "No Show #1" "No Show #2" and "No Show #3".

#1 should go out 24 hours later anytime between 12pm-1pm
#2 should go out 48 hours later anytime between 12pm-1pm
#3 should go out 5 days later anytime between 12pm-1pm

I checked this client's user permission and they have all the permissions checked with full admin access. Can we ask the client if they by mistake deleted them?
Is there any way to recover them? I'd hate to write them all over again.
