Hi  Hector - I really don't know that these forms have the incorrect phone number since I was just duplicating old posts whenever I post new ones and the forms are also copied over. did they change their phone number and these forms were not updated? old posts also have the same issue besides the forms it's on the content. and they have like 50 posts. should I just leave the old ones or do I have to update them also?

Isaac can you please help me update the phone number on the side form on blog posts? It's a widget in custom HTML but I can't seem to update it.

it means the side form widget actually has the right phone number because its tracking number is showing.

Isaac  - I think there's no need to update it

I am seeing that the Callrail tag for this client has been paused for 5 months now.
Isaac  can you please check if there is any way that the snippet is still causing the numbers to change?

Kristabel, I also tried to change the number and I could not get it done. I thought it was me. I am also seeing the Callrail in inspect element but it is not on. And I am not seeing the number changing either so I don't think that's it.
Isaac  perhaps this number may be hardcoded?

Hector - I just checked and found they had the Callrail script added on the website through a plugin. I have now deactivated it and have also purged the server cache.
