Isaac - the doc wanted me to turn off the popups from optinmonster however he is complaining that he is missing leads. I added myself to the email address and I noticed that I get New Submission from Virtual Consult to my email at mediapong@gmail.com but I did not see them when I logged into the info@masschussetscosmetic.com account. can you look into why this is happening?

Please add this email to the bcc: drfeelgoodabs@yahoo.com - It's already in the notification settings on all contact forms and optins on the site.

Could it be the content they clients send nude photos? What does a suppression list mean? 

Would it be better to send the emails through Zapier I fear that could get our account shut down. The doc needs nude photos sent to him and I think that is the issue. 

Chris, an email suppression list is generally when you are sending too many emails.
A suppression list, or unsubscribe list, is a list of email addresses that have indicated to you that they do not wish to receive correspondence, such as email newsletters or other updates, from your organization.

I do not think it has to do with the nude images. 

Chris - I agree with Hector here. I don't think it has to do with the nude images. It seems wpengine guys mistakenly added it to their suppression list as they couldn't provide any more information or reason for it and also said that it wouldn't happen again now over the chat.
