Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - No it's Elementor + Astra theme but the graphics of the popup doesn't depend on the theme or popup set up on a website. Regardless of what set up we have in the backend. The popup graphics size would remain the exact same unless we increase the overall size of the popup. 

So yes they need to be resized.
