I found a few issues about the Dr. Lowney lead sheet. 
First, I am not seeing the LEA SERVICE TYPE on the https://massachusettscosmetic.com/gyn-cosmetic/labiaplasty/ page. 

Also, I am unable to edit it. Can you please provide me and the team access to this client's lead sheet?
