Brittany  does this mean I should exclude men from the targeting, or just tweak the ad copy for women?

I am seeing that this GTM-NG2TXCM is on https://studioeros.us site.
However, I have no record of that GTM anywhere except for a comment you made on a task about it.


Go site https://go.massachusettscosmetic.com GTM is  GTM-PVP586Z 

and the one for https://studioeros.us is GTM-TVSMBF5

So who added that GTM to the site? The client?

Hector  - This website already had this GTM most probably either added by the client himself or their previous marketing or web dev company.

Shane  For the Ultram issue, it has been taken care of. Please try to get those ads approved. 

Okay, Isaac so we will need to add our GTM to track conversions correct Shane ???

Chris, I mentioned this above before.

for https://studioeros.us site, this is the GTM-NG2TXCM on there now.
But we do NOT have access to that GTM.

For the https://go.massachusettscosmetic.com site - this is the GTM-PVP586Z on there now. This one we have access under - massachusettscosmetic.com account. 

Hector - make an urgent task for shane to update the conversion tracking that was set up five years ago. We had this GTM in our account. I am not sure why it was not added in the first place. GTM-TVSMBF5 - this is the old GTM and should be the main one. Isaac please confirm when you add this to the website.

Hector - I reopned a task that Shane had closed here. Ad Campaign Conversions - NEW URGENT - Dr. Lowney Advanced Body Sculpting - Massachusetts Cosmetics - CZ - 🔴 SEO client 🔴

Chris - Replaced the old GTM with GTM-TVSMBF5.

Hector - I found this website also have a GA code on it which I don't think we access to - UA-145408050-1. I sent it to Chris and he asked me to ask you to setup a new GA for this website and share the code with me to add it.

I had Isaac add that GTM 3 years ago - GTM-TVSMBF5 to the site. But we did not have access to the client's site back then. We then archived the Dr Lowney Studio Eros - studioeros.us BC3 folder and we never followed up.

Nonetheless, I can confirm that the GTM is now added to the site.

Isaac the same as the GTM, that old UA is not the one we have for the client on file.
They must have added that themselves. I am seeing a new G-NPXFCEJWPZ on there.
But I have no record of that one anywhere. 
When I create the new one, we will need to remove that one. 
I will let you know. 

Hi Hector  just checking in on how are we with this campaign? Is this task good to close?

Jayjay, the client is getting clicks but no conversions. 
Shane says the campaign is simply not performing for some reason. 
We will keep checking. 

Hector  is it possible that to run ads on searches related to "BHRT," they need a pharma certification? 

That's a great question for Chris. Let me see what he says...

Chris says to run ads on whatever terms he can related to BHRT, I think they only need a pharma cert to use drug names like testosterones.
