This Spa called me back in record time. I submitted a form online at 7/10/19... 8:47 Am. I received a text from them at 9:08 and then a call from them at 9:50 AM. 

This is a Secret Shopper Leads Test call to Advanced Body Sculpting of New England.

While they contacted me back right away after submitting a lead form on their website, they never called me back. No follow up emails, text or phone calls. This even though lead is more than 10 days old.

On the first call, agent Cheyenne picked up, could not hear me and hung up. When I called back twice, she did not pick up again. Instead, I was taken to the automated message saying that "I had reached the office during after hours."
Will call again tomorrow.

How safe is the Coolsculpting Procedure? - Agent said that it was very safe because it was non-evasive.

Can you tell me if I am a good candidate without me spending any money? - She said when I come for the consultation it was free.

Is the fat that is actually removed by Coolsculpting? She said that is not if you have extra skin or anything like that. It is more for stubborn fat. 

How much of it? She said it depends on the area. 

How many sessions will I need? Said the same, it depends on the area.

What happens to the fat? - Agent seemed unsure about the answer to this. Then said that you will flush it out of your system.

Does insurance cover any part of it? Unfortunately no. But she said they accept care credit. She then went ahead and offered to explain care credit to me. 

Are there any side effects or downtime? She said there was no downtime or any side effects. 

How long before I see any results? She said after a month I will usually see results.

What should I expect to pay for Coolsculpting? Agent said that she could not provide me with any pricing information; not even a ball park figure.

Let me get this clear. You submitted a lead and they never called or text you back?

Actually on the second comment above I made on this thread I wrote that they DID CALL me back. As a matter of fact, in record time. One of the fastest responses we've had from any SShop thus far.

BTW, I believe there have been one or a few clients who NEVER called me back at all following a Sshop leads test. While they did contact me via email, they never called me back. 

I can make a list of who those clients are for you. I know you may have missed it in daily activities which go on here.

So you put in a lead and they did call you back or not call u back? 

If you are referring to Advanced Body, then yes, they called me back right away. 
If you are referring to other clients that never called me back after I put in a lead, that is also a yes. 
That has happened a few times if my memory serves me correctly. Most recently it was Eternal Medical. But Whitney said to go easy on her in the report since she answers the calls herself. I wrote a report about it last week. 
Nusbaum - they only called me back once - 11:50 AM - 7/19/19 - and I secret shopped them 3 times. The other 2 times no phone calls. 
City Derm - No call back, no text, no email - Lead submitted - 9:49 AM - 7/30/19
Center for Medical Aesthetics CS - No call back - July 22, 2019 
Time : 3:22 PM,, and again on Time: 11:29 AM - 8/02/19.. no call back. 

These are just some of the most recent I can remember.. I can look up others as well.
