Hi Isaac, below is an email that should go out from info@massachusettscosmetic.com - so it looks like we will need to hook it up using their gmail address. I sent you the info earlier. Keep an eye on it just in case they change the password that we do not get errors in the future.
This should only go out from one popup. The message for the other forms will be different.

Also try to do this on the form in the footer but make it as small as possible so it doesn't go too long. 

Also when they submit these forms please route the confirmation page to:

And from this page remove the forms.
