They have single field for NAME on forms but in leadsheet they have two different columns for NAME that's why some leads were showing FULL NAME in the first column in the leadsheet.

- also the first thing you should work on with this project is updating the forms so they only have one image upload button, its mandatory and it matches the form found here (the image part of the form)

- On massachusettscosmetic.com all forms have same set of fields so I would recommend instead of sending leads directly out from the form we should use ZAPIER. As using ZAPIER we can update body content, subject line or notification email really fast without have to update in each form.

- For all the frontend changes. We can't make them on a single new homepage as footer and Header files are same for whole site.

If client wants to first see what the site would look like after making all above changes. I would instead recommend to create a new staged website.

Let's just do it on the live site. They do not like their footer pictured below so you can remove that from all the pages. Also feel free to adjust the header. I realize these will occur sitewide. Let's just make sure we have a back up or restore point just in case they do not like it.

Then you can proceed with adjusting the home page.

- I have completed almost half of the tasks in the new feedback that client sent. Specially the ones that required some custom css/code.

But now most of the remaining tasks in there are just text content update. So is it OK if I assign
