to be clear remove the captcha and test to make sure form is working. Remove captcha on all but home page, make sure home page submit is working, make sure popup working

Isaac I can remove captcha, but can you look into the other issues Shane mentioned in the campfire:

#The NEO form will not submit
# when you submit the Emface form, it gives a 404 error.  I resolved this

Update- I removed captcha and it worked to have a successful conversion event. I will continue removing captcha everywhere but the homepage.

What error you are getting while trying to submit the form? I just did a test submission and it submitted successfully.

Hi Alyssa and Isaac   I have checked all the gravity forms and pop-ups on all of the above pages. Please see below notes for checking:

Jayjay good finds, a couple questions: 
1. For the Main Page, Laser Facial, and Coolsculpting page, did you use "test" in the credentials? If so, try again with a real name like Medstar Dev, Medstar Team, etc.  Sometimes when doing multiple tests on multiple pages, the security features of hosting may block attempts too. If is still unsuccessful, please tag Isaac.
2. By main page do you mean the homepage?

Isaac I don't know why the pop-ups aren't showing on BBL or CS. Something might be broken, they worked last week.

Alyssa - It's because as per this task we recently updated the CS page URL but missed updating the URL in the popups.

I believe same happened on the BBL service page.

I have now updated the URLS in both the popups and they are appearing fine now.

Let's set up a checklist everytime we change a URL what things needs to be done so we can avoid this in future.

Hi Jayjay - How are you? Nice to e-meet you.

I checked in the backend and you test submission was being marked as spam and that's why you didn't get redirect to the thank you page sucessfully and nor your lead went to leadsheet or GHL.

It could be due to various reasons like too many tests in a very short span of time from same network/Ip address, using keyword "test" or invalid email addresses in any of the fields.

To avoid your submission going to spam. I would recommend using your real details, switch to a different network after submitting 2-3 forms on a same website (best way to achieve this is by vpn). If you don't have any premium VPN. You can use Opera browser. It comes with a free VPN.
