Thank you for the update information.
I am seeing that the Doc has a balance of $1,367 on his account which is why the ads are not running on Facebook.
I tried to make a payment with both CCs on file but both were declined by the bank. 
Do we contact them about this ??

Actually, I speak to Dr. Snyder's assistant all the time. His name is James Summers and he  is cool. He actually gave me his own CC to add to Google ads.. I will send him an email to see what he says.

Okay so I got in touch with James and he said I could use his Discover card. I went ahead and added that payment method and have begun making payments in $500. increments. I should be able to get the ads back on by the end of the day.

FB ads are back on now.
