Shane, the ads are not running. 
It says due to a payment of only $50.00.
Perhaps Google was testing card to see if it had funds in it?
I will contact client now to see why this card has no funds.

I got the client to fork up the money and I made a payment on their Google ads account. 
The ads are back up and running again. 

Hector  Can you check the Facebook payment method as well? We've got an account error now. 

Shane, I added a new CC to their account. But when I try to make a payment, it says "You Lack permissions to perform this task"

I will contact client to see if they can make payment directly from their account. I also made new card primary so FB may auto charge them.
Will let you know.

Shane I noticed that they have suspended the account since they had issues with their Credit cards.

I am seeing that client's Google ads are not off but they have no clicks or impressions last few days. 
I fixed the payment issue so I am not sure what is going on. 
I also made a direct payment and it says that there is no balance.

This is not a payment issue. The dr was in different countries logging into his account. We have to call Facebook ads and manually give them all the bank info to get the account running again.

Google has impressions and clicks yesterday and today. Maybe I'm confused?

I am seeing impressions and clicks the past 2 days. 
However, that was not the case before that. Not sure what was going on but it looks like it has been fixed now. 

I do that to my wife too. I fix things by just walking into the room.

well the doctor hasn't said anything about it, and his ads always get turned off from form of payment.

I'm going to say... ignore it until I speak with him again

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought perhaps we had dropped the ball - as Chris says - for this campaign. 
Glad it was not the case. 
As Whitney said - and I mentioned to Chris yesterday during our meeting - this Doc can barely pay for the other 2 campaigns as it is. 

I got a new CC from Dr. Snyder and managed to verify his payment method, add a new one. I got the Google ads back on.. Waiting on reply from Chris and Whitney to an email to see what to do with Facebook campaign CC issue.
