Good morning. 
Dr. Snyder has payment issues on both Google ads and Facebook. This has been going on for more than a year. I fix them, they come back. I fix them, they come back. He is simply one of those clients who seems to add money to the CC's as last resort. 
I will try to fix it again, but it will come back. 
I am working on the list of clients status of FB and Google ads now. 

BTW, I sent them an email about this payment issue on July 7th since they had a tax info issue which I fixed. But the CC is still open. I will call James today to see if he can help me.

I received an email back from them now. However, when I tried to add the new payment method, it said "Request Not Completed

We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our Help Center."

I sent James an email to see if he can try to add it on their end.
