After seeing that this client's site https://laserdocmd.com/ was down due to a 404 on WP engine, I began to do some checking. 
I found that their CC on file was not going through. I sent the Doc and email and he called me directly, provided me with a new one. I went ahead and updated their CC, requested support to charge new CC. 
After a while I was able to get the hosting back up for the client. I also added support as user so we can have access directly through our MAIN WP account. Verified... 

I also got the site back up and running. I will call Doctor Snyder and let him know.
