A lot of cancellations. So I sent

 to call their main competitors and get a price range to see if competitors are giving a better deal than them. They are also requiring patients to fill out a massive intake form before scheduling an apt. I've told them many times this is killing them. We might not be able to do anything ad wise if you aren't seeing any tweaks on your end.

You need to let them know that they have no Google analytics account, no GTM account and these things needed to be created...

They need to know that we've only signed them on 4-20 - its only been 23 days...
