Marketing Update Mtg
-At some point someone changed the number on the website. They requested the change. We should've let Shane know. So lost ability to track conversions for a while. So it says they're down but they're not.
-FB doing well
-Vacations greatly affected sales this summer.
- Last week: 10 leads, 3 scheduled
-They are asking for a lot of information (address, phone, name) which can be off putting for scheduling leads.
-We came up with a plan to script the call so that this information is collected in layers and less information is collected. ie, instead of full home address they just need the zip code
-They want me to script some examples for them. Send to Sonia.
-they will be doing a 3-4 day online event. WZ suggested fb event boost, text blasts- especially to current database,
-WZ suggested beginning the event conversation a month ahead of time
-10 days of giveaways on social media.
-can also buy directly on website
-consults get locked in to special pricing
