-Half of their leads are phone calls and are not on the leadsheet obviously
-Is this number unique to Medstar? 935.302.2600. Answer: Yes
-They can pull up a report from MML to see how many people called that number. CZ recommends they track that because those are better converting leads.
-They looked and they have 7 leads from that number. One of those numbers said scheduled.
-out of 100 leads we are showing 3 sells. CZ says that's "obviously not where we want to be"
-CZ recommends pulling money off of FB and putting towards google ads. Since that is performing better for them. Vanessa is getting a "double check" from the Dr. APPROVAL WAS GIVEN over the phone. WZ tasked out budget change.
-They asked if they should expand the radius by 5 miles but CZ advises against that at this time.
-Important to note: Since May 18th-Aug 23 (so about 3 months) they have generated from Medstar leads approx 12k, and a total of $6725 Google and $1881 FB ads ($8606 total) has been spent.
