Alden says there have been no new sales since the last meeting. We need Vanessa to confirm this when she gets on the call.
The new consultation message they're sending in HL is too long and asks for too much information.
Dr agrees and says to get rid of it. They can get the patient portal forms filled out at the consult.
Dr asks wants the ideal time to gather all this patient information they need.
They are ok with streamlining the process. They don't need the leads on mml. Just "get them in with the appt" and they can fill it in the office.

-They have an event this week. The Christmas in sept event. Including coolsculpting with elite freeze package.
-500 RSVPs as of now. They will get a preview tomorrow to start shopping earlier. The text blast they are doing on their own and it is going out for 20k. They have a shopping cart available.
-they will probably do a little IG live. And releasing videos every hour that they made in advance.
-"7 days of giveaways" started prior to event
-Chris shared an event we did last year so they have the format available to them.
-3 calls on our unique number in the last 30 days
