Hello Melissa and Whitney,

Thank you for all of your help.  I have provided responses to your questions below in red.  Please let me know if you have additional questions or need further clarification.  I am also happy to set up a time to talk on the phone if you feel that would be helpful.

1. Besides the town/city your spa is located in, are there any surrounding areas you would like to rank for? For example, a client located in Southlake (a suburb of Dallas) Texas, would like to rank for Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as Southlake.  My clinic is located in Leesburg, VA which is part of Loudoun County.  I would also like to rank in Ashburn, Sterling, Reston, these are eastern locations to Leesburg.  There is also a western part to Loudoun County which includes Hamilton, Purcellville, Round Hill and Middleburg.  People who from Loudoun county will often say if they live in the eastern or western part of the county.  Leesburg is essentially the center or connector between eastern and western Loudoun county.

2. Has your facility received any awards or recognitions? Is there anything you can think of that may distinguish you from your competitors? (i.e. a luxury facility, the experience or training of the treatment provider, etc.). So my business/clinic may be more unique then previous medical spas and practices you have provided services to.  I am just getting started and for now will only be offering Emsella and Emsculpt.  I have plans to expand and offer additional services but for now I will open with Emsella and Emsculpt only.  I am a provider (nurse practitioner) and will be doing both the consultations and administering the treatment.  Because I will be doing all of the care, I can better assess a patient's response to the treatments.  In addition, I will be able to provide them with resources, education and support to ensure they are meeting their health and wellness goals.  I can spend time one on one time with each patient at each visit when needed/wanted.

3. Do you offer any discount (or promotion) for first-time Emsculpt patients? (Many facilities offer a 25% discount for new Emsculpt customers.) I plan to offer 4 Emsculpt treatments for $2500 as opposed to $3000.  I also would like to give an additional discount to patients who book a treatment package at the same time as their spouse, partner or friend.  For these patients I will honor the $500 discount as stated above and also offer a free booster (which would be an additional $500 savings so $1,000 total).

4. Do you have a slogan, tagline, or phrase that you’ve adopted at your facility? Do you have one specifically for Emsculpt? Confidence is my mission. I also feel Emsculpt delivers empowerment to patients in addition to confidence because of the muscle strength gained.

6. I will write an extensive overview of Emsculpt focusing on the most searched terms and keywords. But are there any particular details you would like to include or emphasize in your copy?  I would like to emphasize the therapeutic benefits of Emsculpt and not just the cosmetic benefits.  I love the idea of patients using Emsculpt as a way of gaining muscle strength to motivate, enhance, and continue their ability to have an active and healthy lifestyle.  While I obviously want to emphasize Emscult in a way that sells, I would like for people to view Emsculpt as a way to enhance results from their healthy lifestyle efforts.  I feel Emsculpt can provide motivation for patients to jump start a healthier lifestyle. I also love the idea of Emsculpt improving athletes performance, helping improve back pain related to weak abdominal muscles or helping patients heal and recover faster from injuries (particularly sports related injuries).  Another therapeutic example of Emsulpt pertains to older/aging adults. Building muscle mass and strength prevents falls, injuries/fractures, and maintains ability to live independently and stay active.

Best,
Kim
