Good Evening Chris,The Google 3rd Party Authorization was confirmed as received by Google three weeks ago.I’ve attached Google’s confirmation for your records. Since the 3rd Party Authorization Request was confirmed in the positive, any further troubleshooting will have to be with Google directly regarding their advertising platform and why the ads are still not running. To help with that, here is Googles contact info regarding Google Ads:
Click here to access chat: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Call: 1-866-2-GOOGLE (246-6453) 9am-8pm ET, weekdays
Click here for Email: 24 hours a day, 5 days a week
Be sure to have your MCC or Ads Customer ID on hand
As best I can tell, no one at Google Ads support actually receives any information from the Google Legal team. My guess is that the client actually needs to follow up with the Google Legal team, which I really can't do for them.
The client also launched an Express campaign in the account yesterday with Botox ads. It is serving like crazy, but definitely not doing what the client thinks as the smart/ express campaigns never do. Any idea on what action we should take here?

My hunch is this is a budget-related issue and not a trademark issue any more. As a test, I'm going to blow up the budget for just today and see what it does. I'll keep you posted.
