Received email from Jenna about this client's Google ads account - 997-046-4970 and issue login it. It seems that the onboarding team added it to our MCC directly and not Chris as manager. I then figured it out by adding it to Ivonne's MCC at  iackermanrueda@gmail.com. Then from there, I sent a manager invitation to link it to Ivonne and then accept it... I had to remove Shane's access and Chris. I then removed Ivonne's access, accepted Chris. We are all set. I will update the spreadsheets now.
